Make the text comfortable
Move All article text in Quick controls to resize the words throughout the page. While reading, tap Aa to reach your controls.
Set the mood
Try Classic, Book, True black or Night. Use Extra dim to soften the whole reading view, including images. All four styles, text size and Extra dim are free.
Save your next read
Tap the bookmark to keep an article in your reading list. Page Light remembers your reading position so you can carry on later.

Take a closer look
Tap an article image to open it in the image viewer. Open Quick facts for the key details, or follow a reference and return to your place.
Find, share and explore
Open the three-dot menu to find a word in the article, share it, copy a citation or switch to another available language.

Open Aa Controls to explore. Start with a theme you like, then change just the things you want.

Reading away from Wi-Fi
With Premium, tap the bookmark to save an article, then wait until your Library says Available offline before disconnecting. Its text and available downloadable images will be saved on your device. Audio and video need an internet connection.
Keeping your favourites
Your reading list, history and settings stay on your device. Premium backups let you export your settings, profiles, lists and history to a file. Offline article downloads are separate and need to be saved again on a new device.
